She earned progressive responsibility in both Corporate Communication and Corporate Responsibility, managing communication for mergers, work stoppages, organizational change, and directing an award-winning, integrated communication engagement strategy. She also worked at a salt and mineral mining company, leading the employee experience function and training line supervisors on people management skills.
